At SPS, we understand the importance of bearing social and environmental responsibilities. We ensure that our endeavors not only provide monetary help to the organizations we choose to associate with, but also follow up on the constructive impacts we’ve had on them in the long run. Under our CSR programs, we reach out through our philanthropic activities to contribute to the amelioration of the less-privileged ones. We have been associated with orphanages, medical facilities, rehabilitation centers and many more.

It gives impetus to economic development and improves the living standards of community members and society at large. As part of its social responsibility and environmental concerns, SPS donated two, 32-seater Ashok Leyland mini-buses this year to Sankara Nethralaya - a very popular non-profit missionary institution for ophthalmic care based in Chennai, India. On behalf of SPS, Mr. R. Balasubramanian, Technical Director and Mr. S. Dayalu, Chief Financial Officer handed them over to Mr. S.S. Badrinath – Chairman Emeritus & Founder, Sankara Nethralaya on 15th February 2016 at Chennai.
